Mindfulness Research Monthly
There is a wonderful new resource available free to the public - Mindfulness Research Monthly. It can be difficult even for experts to keep up with all the research continually coming out in this field. This publication, available at www.mindfulexperience.org, lists the titles and citations for all of these new studies.
The Society for Clinical Mindfulness & Medtiation also publishes a quarterly newsletter called The Mindful Clinician, which contains an annotated bibliography of mindfulness research. The first issue is available at www.clinical-mindfulness.org/publications/newsletter/.
